Anticipating Hong Kong

A new project that is to turn the old Central police station  into a new arts centre for Hong Kong has a star-studded team including Herzon & De Meuron (the architects of Tate Modern and the de Young Museum in San Francisco) and curator and cultural historian David Elliot (perhaps best known for his work at the Oxford Museum of Modern Art).

This is Hong Kong's first space that presents the opportunity of a permanent planned arts programme.
